The 2007 winners were all from Joe's alma mater of Reedley High School.

Jenny Deibert

Jenny maintained above a 4.0 GPA and was given the award of Advanced Placement Scholar, which is an award given if you have an average score of 4 on at least 3 Advanced Placement tests. She participated in many sports, music, and club programs which included water polo, swimming, Kings Symphony Orchestra, Reedley College Orchestra, Key Club, and German Club to name a few. Jenny will continue her education at Fresno Pacific with aspirations of becoming a librarian.

Chris McComb

Chris was awarded Male Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2005 and 2006. He participated in water polo, swimming, and wrestling. He also found time for clubs and extra-curricular activities which included German Club, French Club, as well as the marching band. Chris is continuing his education at Fresno State University with aspirations of receiving a civil engineering degree.

Dion Dekker

Dion maintained above a 4.0 GPA and participated in numerous sports, clubs, and extra-curricular activities which included cross country, track and field, basketball, Students for Peace Club, Special Olympics Club, and is a member of the California Scholarship Foundation. Dion is currently enrolled at Cal Poly where he aspires to receive a degree in Architecture. He also participates on the track and field team at Cal Poly, where he continues his success on and off the track.
